On the 23rd of March a retail conference took place which I co-organized for retailers with the subject ‘maximizing the potential of plant-based within retail’.

10 minutes is very short for someone who wants to tell a lot. Above all, I wanted to inform the retailers that it is often not difficult to start. You may have a lot of plant-based assortment, but you don’t know this yet. In addition, I see huge opportunities for veganizing (making current products vegan).
